The team at Close To My Heart has worked tirelessly to get these products together, as these events and products have only recently been developed, as the COVID-19 pandemic has changed how we do things.  Every level at CTMH, from Product Development, Product Designs, Creative Services, Art Department, Marketing and the Warehouse Staff have outdone themselves to allow us to create artwork (even for essential workers - check out the card bundles below!) during this time.

VIRTUAL NATIONAL SCRAPBOOKING DAY FACEBOOK LIVE - FREE!

The month of May brings us National Scrapbooking Month...but CTMH is offering a FREE National Scrapbooking Day Facebook Live event from 11am-11pm (MDT) on Saturday, May 2nd.  It's shaping up to be a fabulous, fun-filled way to kick off National Scrapbooking Month!  This event is open to EVERYONE who wants to join us on the Close To My Heart Facebook page for the festivities!

The bulk of the time on this broadcast will focus on a variety of creative projects - SIX IN ALL - designed to appeal to the wide range of crafting interests and abilities!  CTMH will be offering an optional bundle of products for each project, so that you can have the materials to create each project right along with us!  Cutting instructions and detailed instructions will be available soon to DOWNLOAD for each project.  It's also been mentioned, a schedule of events will be handed out so we know at what time each bundle will be demonstrated.

While you don't need any of these bundles or products to participate in the Facebook Live event, having these supplies on hand will make it possible to create the same projects being demonstrated during the day.  The video will remain available on the CTMH Facebook page after the Live portion has ended to watch again, if needed.

VIRTUAL ALBUM RETREAT



After National Scrapbooking Day,  another event will be the VIRTUAL Album Retreat taking place May15th & May 16th.  This event was originally planned as an in-person event for Consultants only to be held at the Home Office in Utah, but now will be hosted in a PRIVATE Facebook Group instead for CUSTOMERS and CONSULTANTS alike.  There will be no registration fee to participate in this event; instead the only cost for participation will be the cost of the Album Retreat bundle.

In addition to the cost of materials, the price of this bundles also includes expenses related to the preparation work of PRE-CUTTING and packaging pieces for the projects.  YES - all pre-cutting pattern pieces and accent pieces and packaging them by layout to save you time and to allow time to focus on the techniques and assembly during the time together.  For this event, CTMH has also opted to waive the cost of the two full days of instruction that would normally be assessed, making this bundle an exceptional value for all participants of this event.

Once you have purchased the bundle, you will receive an email from the Home Office with instructions for joining the Facebook Group for the event.

The Album Retreat Bundle will be shipped on May 1st; however, it is recommended to place your order by April 30th, in order to allow time for your project supplies to be delivered before the start of the event.  The bundle will be remain available for orders beyond this date, while supplies last, though cannot ensure it's timely delivery.  Because the bundle will be shipped separately from other items, there will be a standalone shipping charge assessed when ordering.

4) CARD BUFFET SESSIONS -

Join me for another card buffet! I will have over 20 different card designs to choose from, all occasions, using current and retired products!

WHEN: Friday, June 2nd, 10am-noon  OR Saturday, June 3rd, 6-8pm

RSVP by Wednesday, May 31st with payment

Here's how it works: Come make all the cards you can in a 2 hour session for just $15!  You bring your own adhesives (tape runner with refills, 3D foam tape, glue dots, etc) and a Basic Tool Kit including scissors, paper piercing tool, bone folder, black journaling pen,VersaMat, stamp scrubber and spritz, etc.  All other supplies for cards are provided and pre-cut for you!  Use my ink pads and blocks (you may bring your own blocks for personal use - make sure your blocks are clearly labeled with your initials if you do!)

General rules will be announced at the beginning of the session, be sure to be on time.  Everyone starts and ends at the same time.  Each card must be completed before you move onto the next card, you cannot take cards home to complete, you only have 2 hours to complete as many cards as you can, and most importantly, you MUST care for my products as if they were your own.  Come join the FUN!!!  Space is limited, sign up early!

Join me for 12 hours of cropping time!  Make time to work on your own personal projects without the distractions of everyday life.  This is YOUR time to play and enjoy the company of others while you create.  Bring your own projects and supplies, OR bring supplies you purchased from any workshop you were unable to attend in person, and I will be here to assist you!  Come for the friendships, stay for the FUN!!!
