This seems to be a technique I've been sharing lots lately! This product, the Color Ready Seam Binding Ribbon is just the ticket you need to add stunning color to your layouts or cards. Check out this quick video:
Here's another option for you - using our Spray Pens, fill the spray pen to the 6th line (about 1/3 full) with Isopropyl (rubbing) Alcohol and a few drops of reinker (I used 10-12 drops) to the intensity you're looking for on your project. Allow the ribbon to air dry, and because you used alcohol vs. water, the ribbon doesn't seem to bleed through onto your project. Use caution when placing dyed ribbon next to photos, this technique may not be photo safe.
It's suppose to feel like Spring today (and hopefully melt some of the snow!)...so when and I came across an Online Project Inspiration video using CTMH's Adhesive Springs (Z1725, $2.95)...I couldn't wait to share it with you.
